          Potato wedges with skin

          Description

          Deep-frozen product.

          1 Oven:
          Put a portion of frozen potato wedges on the plate in the oven pre-heated to temperature 220°C (with fan function 200°C). Bake for about 20 minutes until the potato wedges have the right colour and crispness. Stir the potato wedges several times
          during baking.
          2 Deep oil:

          Put a portion of frozen potato wedges in deep oil pre-heated to temperature 175°C. Fry for about 4 minutes until the potato wedges have the right colour and crispness.
