We purchase raw materials only from proven and certified suppliers who are regularly audited. We have our own modern microbiological laboratory where all production batches, semi-finished products and materials are tested. Our qualified quality controllers constantly supervise the course of all production stages, and in addition, we store finished products in freezing or cooling conditions (we use deep freezing, which is a natural and safe method of food preservation).

Quality control and production process of frozen vegetables and fruits

Delivery
Fruit and vegetables are assessed by Quality Controllers. Only raw materials that meet the requirements are used in the next stages of production.

Washing and cleaning
The accepted raw materials are cleaned and washed with a stream of crystal running water.

Przyjęte surowce są oczyszczane i myte strumieniem bieżącej wody.

Selection
After washing, the raw materials go to the selection belts, where a detailed quality control is carried out.

Slicing
Selected raw materials are cut into various shapes and sizes.

Krojenie
Wyselekcjonowane surowce kroi sie na rózne kształty i rozmiary.

Blanching
Some vegetables are heat-treated at high temperatures (blanching). This process guarantees the microbiological safety of vegetables.

Packing
Vegetables and fruit are deep-frozen. They are packed in bags and then in cartons. They are stored in warehouses – freezers, from where they’re sent to distribution departments, and then to stores.

Pakowanie
Warzywa i owoce zostają poddane procesowi głębokiego mrożenia. Zapakowane w woreczki, a następnie w kartony. Przechowywane są w magazynach – morźniach, skąd trafiają do sklepów.
